I received a gift certificate to get my car detailed for my birthday last year. I finally had the time to get in especially since I was preparing to move out of state that weekend!I called with questions, and Chuck was an absolute pleasure to talk to on the phone. Not only did he answer my questions, but he also made small talk, which in my opinion is nice as it shows he cares about his customers!I made the appointment online and had to reschedule a few times. Each time I called to reschedule, I spoke with Chuck who again was a pleasure to speak too. He was understanding each time I needed to reschedule and accommodated me!Day of, I dropped my car off that morning, and they had it a good part of the day which was no issue for me. But when I say they exceeded my expectations, I mean it! My mats (front seat, back seat, and trunk) were spotless, underneath the mats were spotless, my car was dusty when it when in and came out extremely clean inside and out. My family and my friend who was in town to help me move commented on the exceptional work that was done during my car detailing.I was extremely pleased, and recommended them to anyone looking to get their car detailed. Not something I do often, but definitely want to do more! When I am in the area, I will definitely be returning!Thank you Chuck and team for taking great care of my car and returning it to me looking brand new off the lot!

I had a great experience bringing my car to On the Spot Detailing. Chuck was quick to respond to my scheduling request. It was easy to drop off my car. The detailing service is phenomenal. Update: I apologize yes, it was for the car wash not the detail place and thank you very much for the offer but I will pass for right now on a free detail, but with your response you have earned my business for when I need a detailing at full cost and no discount.Disregard below **This will be my last time here they are starting to not clean anything my car is still dirty inside.

I was gifted the interior detail for my birthday. I wasn’t sure what to expect & when I had questions at pick up, the manager was very helpful in answering my questions. The interior of my car has never been so clean! Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

My truck had scratches on both sides from driving down trails. They were able to buff them out and put a layer of protection on for the winter months for a fair price. They were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Will definitely go back if the need arises.

I called Chuck last minute and asked if he could squeeze a company car in before it was reassigned, and he gladly welcomed the challenge on short notice. It was my first time using him and the crew did an amazing job getting the cigarette smoke out and it was better than new.We will be back over and over again. thanks

was not happy with how my car got returned to me. yes, they cleaned it detailed it yet they still missed a lot of spots that had to be cleaned for example the back middle seat cup holder, the mats weren’t clean some obvious spots were forgotten. Plus when me and my dad went to pick up my car we noticed scratches on the side of the mirror on the driver’s side. When my dad confronted them about the issue they just started to insult, and disrespect my dad clearly not very professional of them. Be wise and take multiple pictures or videos of your vehicle before dropping it off.

Wonderful experience at On the Spot Detailing! I treated myself for Mother's Day and couldn't be happier with the results! My car looks brand new! They were very friendly and helpful when I first called inquiring about services since it was my first time getting my car detailed. My car was finished faster than expected! I even went back to get a full detail after seeing the results of the interior only. Definitely recommend getting the full thing done! You won't regret it! I will be returning in the future! Had the headlights on our 2008 Toyota Rav4 restored here. Chuck was very accommodating and professional. In and out in less than an hour and for a reasonable price. Would recommend On the Spot Detailing very highly!

I had a great first experience with On the Spot Detailing. My 5 year old car looks brand new inside! They got out all of the dog hair and stains on my beige cloth seats. I thought the pricing was competitive. Easy to get an appointment and quick service! I will continue to use them in the future.

I dropped my car off recently as a first time customer. I was very pleased with the speed the work was done. The quality was outstanding. I felt like my car was new again. I also received a car wash coupon as well. I will definitely return in the future.

This may be the best detail I’ve ever had! I have little kids who make *quite* the mess and it looks like new in there now! Easy booking, got in quick, smooth drop off and pick up process and good communication! Loved picking it up and the seats and mats were all dry! Great value!! Check their website for specials! 🙂

Seemed clean enough, except the windows were only ok, but they either got the interior too wet or did not dry it enough and the whole car smells extremely musty and I'm worried it will mold. Trying to get it out myself is tough. I'd go to paradise if you can swing a few more bucks.Edit: In response to the owner, I hung the mats out to dry right after getting home and made sure they were dry before putting them back in. As I always do after a detail. The carpets in the vehicle were noticeably moist.

Can I give 10 stars? On The Spot Detailing did a phenomenal job on my full detail (interior and exterior). My Terrain was a dog hair and dirt/mud disaster, I honestly thought it was beyond repair but figured anything would help. When I went to pick it up after they were done detailing, I was in disbelief! My car looks like it just came off the lot. No dog hair or dirt! I wanted to cry from happiness. It is so polished and I feel like I’m driving a brand new car again. No need to look any further if you need detailing on your vehicle, this is the place to go.Thank you so much!

well, I have to say, they do good work, the car looks great. In fact, a friend of mine and myself have been here before and we had amazing experience, the reason for the low rating and the review is due to my latest experience with the customer service. I picked up my car, looked great, but I noticed my cup holder divider was broken, I brought my concern to the office and the manger ( I think this was the manager) said let’s go talk to the guy who did it… I said ok… but honestly… why did we need to talk to him.. (moving on)… he then confronted the guy, with me there, and the guy says “oh it was like that”( IT WAS NOT) the manager then comes to my car and says “well I don’t know what you want me to do about it, I can’t inspect every car that comes in and out that would be too much”.. I was in a rush to grab my son from school otherwise I would have asked for some kind of compensation because my car and the cup divider was dirty not broken… any what kind of answer is that? The manager basically said to me, well it could have come in like that and you could have broken it for all I know…WHAT??? blame me for something I know I did not do, I count myself to be honest and thought I was dealing with a trustworthy establishment. They do great work, I’ve sent a few friends there to get their cars done and they said they had a great experience. My advice, take pictures of how your car looks before you leave it in their care… apparently I broke my cup divider (which I did not and wouldn’t lie about it). I won’t be driving 45mins to their company anymore after this experience… it’s a shame because i do like the work they do, just wish I got better care and customer service.

They did a great job, a little more expensive then paradise or Mr car wash. But they did a far better job on the inside. I am very happy and would tell anyone to go here.you will be here for 30 to 50 minutes minimum, but if you want your car clean inside and out it is worth the time.Look at how lean my dash is. AWESOME job!!!follow up - been two weeks and the inside of my car is still Amazingly Clean. I am very happy.

Friendly people and they did a fantastic job on both vehicles I brought to them for full detailing services. Both were in very rough shape on the interior and they came out looking like-new!!!! We will be back again.

We had our highlander detailed yesterday and honestly it was so filthy after a long winter hauling 4 grandchildren around everywhere I didn't think it was going to be possible to get it anywhere like it did when we first bought it. I was AMAZED that On the Spot Detailing was able to take our vehicle from extremely dirty to looking brand new!!! It looked like the day we took it off the new car lot in 2017!!! The customer service we received was excellent as well. We will be back with our other vehicle soon!!

Holy cow!I needed a company vehicle detailed/smoke treated with a unique billing situation that required one of the team members here to call a separate number to finish the transaction. They went the extra mile and completely took care of me from the first phone call to the pick up. The car feels brand new, smells great, and you can tell they didn’t miss a spot. I will forsure be coming here again and recommending. Nice work On The Spot!

Incredible Service!I took 2 vehicles here and they both came back looking brand new. On one of my cars, they were able to remove paint spots that I couldn't get out. The employees were nice and helpful. I will definitely return for more detailings!

First time getting the mini-van professionally detailed on the interior after 5 years of ownership & it needed it with 3 young ones wrecking the back end! Very impressed with how well everything came out. I did a drop-off the night before and it was finished mid-afternoon the following day.The carpet came out almost brand new. They tell you it is damp when you pick it up and they recommend leaving the windows down in the garage overnight to really dry it out, no big deal! They had done some extra cleaning services by mistake, which they didn't charge me for but I threw in a generous tip to make it worth the detailer's time.I would come back again. Pleasant staff & good service!

Honestly impressed with how good the interior (and exterior but the detailing was more for the interior) looks after picking it up. The annoying little crevasses were caked with seasonal debris and they made the whole thing look as good as it possibly could at this point in the car's lifespan. Will recommend to anyone.

This is place is a great, affordable place for detailing. It was interior and exterior for $140. My car looks great. They got a lot of the stains out of my seat and did a great job on the exterior as well. They were prompt and able to get me in right away. I dropped it off at 8am and they called me at 1pm that it was ready (I was expecting it to be later!) I would Definitely recommend this place.
