Appointment required to reduce wait time. Please remove any loose personal items prior to service. Enclosed trunks and console / glove compartments are considered private areas and are not entered without your permission. Please make sure to let us know if we are allowed to clean inside them. There is no additional charge for basic cleanup inside the trunk (vacuuming / blow-out). Please be sure to empty the trunk area of personal items prior to bringing your vehicle in if you would like it cleaned. Additional charges may be assessed for: headliner stains, bio-hazards, extreme stains requiring special treatment, excessive debris. A total expected price/ price range for the additional work will be communicated to you for approval before we begin service. Also note that while we will do our best, some stains are permanent and cannot be removed completely, your service technician will review with you any areas of the vehicle that may not have come out as desired once your vehicle has been completed.
