All appointments need to be dropped off the day before or the morning of the appointment.
We do offer a free courtesy car if you can't find a ride. Please let us know if you need it when you book your appointment so we can reserve it for you.
We also have a drop box available for after hours.
This time of year we're very busy and it is much easier to call the office to book an appointment due to the rapid requests for appointments.
Detailing Deposit Policy
To secure a booking and avoid no-shows, we are implementing a $50 deposit for any detailing appointment booked online. This helps us manage our staffing efficiently, ensuring we have the right team members ready to complete your service on the day of your appointment.
Your $50 deposit is applied directly to the final cost of your chosen service.
Rescheduling Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for any changes to your appointment. If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, you are able to reschedule your appointment and keep your deposit applied to the new date.
